The Spring Auction is less than a month away!!!
Our volunteers have been working extremely hard securing some fabulous donations for you to bid generously on. The full auction book can be viewed below, but here are just a few examples to get you excited!

- American Girl Doll of the Year, Lanie

- Tickets to the area's best attractions
- A loaf of bread per week for six months from
Nashoba Brook Bakery - Park in the Principal's parking spot for a week

a signed Curt Schilling jersey and ball; as well
as tickets to a Red Sox game! - A football signed by some of your favorite Patriots players including Wes Welker and Randy Moss!
Auction Tickets!!
Auction Tickets are on sale NOW!! Ticket prices are $20 per individual ticket or $35 per couple. Your ticket provides admission to the live and silent auctions as well as the classroom project raffle, hors d'oeuvres, music, coffee and dessert. A cash bar will also be available. An order form for auction tickets can be downloaded or you can contact Judy Gerardi. Tickets can also be purchased at Middlesex Savings bank on Nason St. in Maynard. Ask for Paula Copley.
Classroom Gifts
As you know, the children have been hard at work creating some amazing classroom gifts for the auction. We're trying something new this year to give more people an opportunity to win these incredible pieces. Rather than having them be part of the live auction, we've decided to raffle them off. Raffle ticket prices are one ticket for $10 or three for $20 and you do not need to be present at the auction to win. You may purchase as many tickets as you wish and may distribute them between classrooms as you see fit. An order form for raffle tickets may be downloaded. Bakers Needed!!
Everyone loves a sweet treat at the end of the evening. We are looking for volunteers to bake all manners of dessert bars and treats for the night of the auction. Additionally, we are looking for a few cash donations to purchase fruit platters. Please contact Kristen Enneguess at 978-897-3693 if you are able to help.
Volunteers Needed!!
We still need plenty of volunteers to help out with setup, cleanup, and various activities on the night of the auction. Please contact Laura Howrey if you plan to attend the auction and can provide your energy. Most shifts won't last more than 45 minutes.
Cash Donations!!
Did you want to make an auction donation but weren't sure what to donate? The auction committee will need to purchase numerous items in the next month to make the auction the fun and successful evening that has always been. We'd be grateful for any cash donations to help make these purchases so that more of the proceeds of the auction can go back to the students of Green Meadow where they belong. Checks can be made out to GMPTO and sent into school with your child in an envelope to the attention of the Green Meadow Auction.
